Wysa Assure is available at no additional cost to all MLC Life Insurance customers and their immediate family, all MLC Life Insurance licensed advisors and their direct staff, and all MLC Life Insurance staff aged 18 and over. Immediate family means your partner or spouse, parents, parents-in-law, and children.

Completely anonymous

Your security is our number one priority. Your conversations with Wysa Assure are entirely private and confidential – simply choose your pseudonym or nickname and stay anonymous. Enjoy complete privacy, converse with confidence and get peace of mind.

Stigma-free, limitless support

Wysa’s support is suitable for everyone. You don’t need to have any symptoms to benefit, but if you do Wysa can still support you. It can help to improve low mood, stress, anxiety, and sleep quality and elevate your overall mental wellbeing.

Wysa Assure is an AI-based ‘emotionally intelligent’ service which responds to the emotions and feelings you express. Wysa uses evidence-based cognitive-behavioural techniques (CBT), dialectical behavioural therapy, meditation, breathing, yoga, motivational interviewing and micro-actions to help you build mental resilience skills and feel better. It supports you in achieving your defined health, wellness and recovery goals.
